Preceptorships are one-time learning opportunities for students in which they gain hands-on experience in a health care setting under the guidance of someone who is experienced in their field. Preceptorships are only available to active Juniors and Seniors. They are not point opportunities, but they are great resume builders and give you a head start on seeing which field of medicine you may be interested in pursuing.
